Production begins immediately after you place your order and usually takes 1-3 working days .
Subsequent shipping within the EU usually takes 3-4 working days . The total delivery time is 4-7 working days .

We deliver exclusively within the European Union.

All products are produced and shipped within the EU .

Change order
If you would like to change something about your order, the easiest way to do this is by canceling and reordering .
As long as your product is not yet in print, I can cancel the order immediately so that you can place a new order with the correct information.

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
You can track your delivery at any time via this link.
You can also find the tracking number in your customer account (if you have created one).

Neither SedorDesign nor any third party has access to your payment details.
The entire checkout process is protected, so you can always order with 100% security .
When will the amount be debited from my account?
The amount will be debited immediately upon completion of your order .
This applies to all payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Only then will the production of your product begin.
Alu-Dibond
What is Alu-Dibond?
Alu-Dibond is a high-quality wall picture made from a three-layer composite material : two aluminum sheets with a solid polyethylene core, resulting in a material thickness of 3mm .
The surface is stable, smooth and color-intensive – ideal for sharp, long-lasting, gallery-quality prints.
Are aluminum composite panels scratch-resistant?
Alu-Dibonds are very robust and suitable for everyday use .
The surface is resistant to scratches, UV-resistant and retains its color for many years.
Nevertheless, strong friction or sharp objects should be avoided to prevent damage to the surface.
Why Alu-Dibond?
Alu-Dibond is significantly more stable, durable and color-intensive than classic posters or acrylic pictures.
It does not warp, reflects less, looks more elegant and retains its brilliant appearance even in bright rooms or for many years.
Ideal if you want a high-quality, modern wall picture that will really last a long time.
How is the picture hung?
Each Alu-Dibond comes with a mounting kit which includes one of the following hanging options depending on the size:
• Magnets that are attached to the back,
• a hanger with double-sided adhesive tape and spacers,
• or a so-called “French cleat” rail, which is installed on the wall and the picture.
This way, the picture is attached directly and cleanly to your wall.
Note regarding suspension:
Depending on the production run, one of the following hanging kits may be included. Please note the wall's properties:
1. Magnetic suspension
Magnets only stick to smooth, solid surfaces .
Adhesion may be limited on woodchip wallpaper, textured plaster or rough walls .
2. Adhesive hangers / double-sided adhesive tape
Suitable for smaller formats .
Possible on textured wallpaper, but the adhesive strength may decrease with larger or heavier pictures .
3. French cleat (hanging rail)
A very stable and safe method.
Ideal for medium and large formats .
Requires drilling into the wall.
Which mounting system will I receive?
Each aluminum composite panel (Dibond) comes with a suitable mounting kit. The selection is made automatically depending on the production partner.
The suspension doesn't fit?
Just get in touch with me – I'll send you a free alternative mounting solution that will securely attach to your wall.
Phone cases
Are the phone cases shockproof?
Hardcase: This variant offers a dual-layer construction , is shock-absorbing and protects your smartphone significantly better against drops and impacts.
Clear Case: This variant is primarily designed for design, protects against scratches and light wear, but is not designed as full protection against hard drops .
Snap Case: These variants offer basic protection against everyday use (scratches, light impacts), but not the same level of protection as the hard case variants.
How is the fit?
Each case is manufactured to exact specifications and fits the selected smartphone model perfectly – including camera cutouts, buttons and ports.
Please select your correct model when ordering to ensure the case fits perfectly.
Does the print flake off over time?
No. The print is durable and made for everyday use .
Under normal use, the design remains clear and bold.
(With a transparent "Clear Case", everyday wear and tear may occur.)

Are the cups dishwasher safe?
Yes – our ceramic mugs, such as the glossy white version or matching models with colored interiors, are dishwasher and microwave safe.
For models such as enamel mugs : hand washing is recommended , as they are not designed for dishwashers.
What size are the cups?
Our mugs are available in three variations:

Returns & Cancellations
Return order?
Since all products are individually manufactured after ordering (print-on-demand), returns without a valid reason are unfortunately not possible .
An exception applies only if:
- A wrong item was delivered
- a production defect exists
- the product arrives damaged
In these cases, you will of course receive a free replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Since all products are individually manufactured after your order, a cancellation is not possible according to Article 16 (c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Replacements are only provided in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrectly delivered goods.
Damaged product. What to do?
Should your product arrive damaged, I will of course take care of a replacement immediately.
