Production begins just a few hours after your order.
Your product is usually completed within 1-3 business days and then shipped within the EU.
The total delivery time is approx. 4-7 business days

Change Order
If you wish to change something in your order, the easiest way is to cancel and reorder.
As long as your product has not yet been printed, you can cancel the order immediately and place a new order with the correct details.
Simply go to your account and then to the desired order.
Package Tracking
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
You can track your delivery at any time via this link.

When will the amount be debited?
The amount will be debited immediately upon completion of your order.
This applies to all payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Only then does the production of your product begin.
Alu-Dibond
What is Alu-Dibond?
Alu-Dibond is a high-quality wall art in gallery quality.
The material consists of two aluminum plates with a solid core - making it:
- particularly stable
- durable
- color-intensive
- and warp-free
The result: a modern, elegant wall art with a clear look - no comparison to classic posters.
Is Alu-Dibond scratch-resistant?
Alu-Dibond is very robust and suitable for everyday use.
The surface is resistant to scratches, UV-stable and remains color-stable for many years.
Nevertheless, strong friction or sharp objects should be avoided to prevent damage to the surface.
How is the picture hung?
Each Alu-Dibond comes with a mounting kit that fits your purchased size. Depending on the size of the Alu-Dibond, the painting contains 1 or 2 hanging points.
In addition to your painting and the set, you will also find hanging instructions.
This ensures the picture is attached directly, neatly, and effortlessly to your wall.
Care Instructions
To keep your design beautiful for a long time, we recommend:
- No aggressive cleaning agents (e.g. alcohol)
- No permanent direct sunlight.
This ensures your design remains color-intensive and high-quality in the long term.

Nevertheless, we recommend:
- avoid strong friction
- do not use sharp objects
- clean the picture carefully
This ensures the surface remains high-quality and clear in the long term.
How is the picture hung?
Each acrylic glass wall art comes with a suitable mounting kit.
Depending on the size, the picture has 1 or more hanging points for secure attachment.
In addition, you will receive:
- simple instructions
- the necessary mounting materials
- a quick and clean solution for wall mounting
This allows your wall art to be mounted easily and securely.
Care Instructions
To keep your acrylic glass brilliant for a long time, we recommend:
- no aggressive cleaning agents (e.g. alcohol)
- a soft microfiber cloth for cleaning
- no permanent direct sunlight
This ensures your wall art remains permanently clear, color-intensive, and high-quality.
Canvas
What are canvases?
Canvas is a timeless wall art with a natural and warm appearance.
The motif is printed on high-quality canvas and stretched onto a sturdy wooden frame - creating a classic and homely look.
Returns & Cancellation
Cancel Order?
Yes! You can easily cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. During this period, your order has not yet been passed on to production.
Why only 4 hours?
After 4 hours, production automatically starts with our partner.
Since each product is individually made for you, no changes or cancellations are possible after that.
This way we can guarantee fast delivery.
How do I cancel?
Under Account - Orders - Product, you will find a cancellation button that allows you to cancel the order yourself immediately.
Refund
If cancelled within the deadline, a full refund will be issued, depending on the payment provider, within 1–3 business days.
Can I revoke my order?
Yes, a revocation of your product is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Damaged product. What to do?
Should your product be delivered damaged, we will of course immediately arrange for a replacement.
